My Story

My career has always been guided by a single goal: to help people feel healthier, happier, and more competent in their daily lives. Over the years, I have learned that well-being is not about doing more, but about adopting habits that help us become the person we want to be, step by step.

For twenty years, I held an executive position in the health and fitness industry, where I supported and trained professionals who were dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. I loved this work, but after a decade in Toronto, I felt the need to move toward something that was more in line with my values. I then made a life-changing decision: I left my position as vice president and returned to Montreal without a job, relying on my connections, experience, and longstanding commitment to health and wellness.

This new beginning wasn't a reset, but rather a reorientation of my life around relationships, goals, and well-being. One of the greatest joys of this change has been spending quality time with my family, especially simple moments like strolling through the farmers market with my mother, discovering fresh ingredients, and sharing a meal. Enjoying nature walks with old friends and new friends. These rituals remind me why well-being is important: it allows us to be fully present for the people and moments that nourish us.

Today, after hosting over 600 presentations on well-being at work, I have learned that people don't need perfection. They need authentic tools, clarity, and empathy. My passion is to help you see how well-being is accessible, that resilience can be built, and that motivation can last when it is rooted in what is relevant to you.
